Worked with Isabel Sanchez, a Latina illustrator and client in CPLC's youth workforce program, to create artwork commemorating Chicanos Por La Causa's (CPLC) 50th anniversary.
The illustration ties CPLC to the broader history of Chicanos (Mexican-Americans) in Arizona, which serves the dual purpose of:
- Advancing CPLC's mission of empowering underserved communities by highlighting the significant but often untold history of Latinos in Arizona
- Promoting CPLC's significance as an organization by highlighting its substantial role in this broader context
